SEAToday.com, Incheon - NewJeans (@newjeans_official) has been appointed as the Public Relations Ambassador for Incheon International Airport Customs. The Public Relations Ambassador appointment ceremony was held at the Millennium Hall in Incheon Airport’s Passenger Terminal 1 on Friday (3/22). The K-pop group was tasked with introducing the new face of the customs, strengthening relations with the public, and promoting future policies.
Incheon International Airport Customs considers NewJeans to be a public figure who has a great influence on the cultural and music industry by leading a new paradigm in the world of K-pop.
In addition, Incheon International Airport Customs Chief Kim Jong-ho expressed his gratitude for NewJeans’ willingness to accept the role. In its statement, Incheon Airport Headquarters Customs also expressed its commitment to providing quality customs services to South Korean citizens and foreign tourists.
