SEAToday.com, Jakarta - Indonesian men's doubles Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin won the title at the Indonesia Masters 2024. Leo/ Daniel defeated the Danish pair of Kim Astrup/ Andres Skaarup Rasmussen in three games 21-12, 20-22, 21-11 at Istora Senayan on Sunday (1/28).
In the first game, Leo/ Daniel played well and gave Kim/ Anders a hard time. The world number 11 pair even took a 17-10 lead before closing out the first game 21-12. But in the second game, Kim/Anders put up a strong fight. They took a 10-6 lead and then trailed 16-14.
Unfortunately, Leo / Daniel could not maintain their rhythm in the final seconds and lost 20-22. The match continued in the third game. In the deciding game, Leo/ Daniel played their best game again. They also won 21-11 and successfully defended their title at the Indonesia Masters.
