SEAToday.com, Seoul - South Korean giant entertainment agency HYBE announced their plan to file formal complaints against ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin and other executives over breach of trust, Thursday (4/25).

The decision was taken after HYBE initiated an audit of ADOR management on April 22 over allegations that its CEO, Min Hee-jin, was aiming to take control and make the sublabel independent. The announcement also declared that the audit results secured concrete evidence that a plan to usurp management control was established under the direction of ADOR’s CEO. The evidence includes attempts to contact external investors and documents to attack HYBE.

Min Hee-jin had previously denied the allegations and accused HYBE of copying the concept of ADOR’s popular group NewJeans for another girl group under other HYBE’s sublabel.

Along with the announcement was an apology from HYBE CEO Park Ji-won over the concerns caused by the incident. He also promised to provide counseling for the emotional stability of their idols.
